Our run club focuses on creating an atmosphere that encourages traditional running, but also a blend of speed work, hill sprints, hill repeats, easy runs, and 5k workouts to change up pace of your training

Performance Workshops
Every quarter we host performance workshops to help teach strategies to become a better runner and hit those PRs. These range from skills that every runners should have in their toolbox, to recovery and injury prevention tips.

Individually Tailored Training Plans
For people who want more, our trainers and coaches can provide individualized training programs that cater to your specific needs. An initial assessment needs to be scheduled first to create a training plan that works for your own specific goals.

For people who want EVEN more, our physical therapists are able to go through a thorough running analysis and provide a breakdown of “weak links” that need to be addressed in order to improve PRs and get the most out of their running.
Meet the Doctor
Dr. Ro Urbino PT, DPT
Dr. Ro is a passionate and dedicated physiotherapist whose mission is to help his clients return to the activities they love. His approach is holistic, prioritizing a personalized and collaborative relationship with each client to achieve their goals. With an extensive background in continued education, Dr. Ro has specialized in Functional Range Conditioning, DNS, Movement Links, and has drawn knowledge from the Postural Restoration Institute. This diverse training allows him to provide cutting-edge care for athletes, recreational enthusiasts, and individuals from all walks of life.
Dr. Ro’s enthusiasm for movement and rehabilitation is also fueled by his personal experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kettlebell training, and his commitment to working with athletes. He strongly believes in not only treating current injuries but helping clients improve performance, strength, and mobility for long-term wellness. For him, physiotherapy is not just about rehabilitation; it's about empowering clients to maximize their potential.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Ro is a firm advocate of creating a network to support others, particularly individuals with limited access to physiotherapy. He envisions providing affordable care and connecting patients with the right specialists to ensure they receive comprehensive, personalized treatment.
When he’s not working, Dr. Ro enjoys spending quality time with his family, cooking, gaming, and running. His strong family values, combined with his passion for helping others, make him not just a skilled physiotherapist, but a compassionate advocate for his clients’ overall well-being.
