Our Services

Initial Evaluation

The initial session is to establish a baseline of where to start and to create a blueprint. We will figure out what your weak links are, establish goals, and develop an individualized program for you.

Visits range between 50-60 minutes

Follow Up Sessions

Treatments typically entail a 50/50 mix of manual therapy, cupping (MFD), stretching, corrective exercises as well as strength and conditioning to build up the tolerance of the body.

Visits range between 50-60 minutes

Running Assessments

Running is demanding on the body so it’s important to address your biomechanics when you’re on the trail or road to make sure we’re getting you to run as efficiently as possible. Visits entail an assessment of your running gait in 3D on our treadmill and develop a running plan (strength and volume) for you going forward.

Visits lasts 60 minutes

After The Evaluation

PROGRAM

After your initial session, you are provided a curated program via our online program that entails what you need to do in order to get back and better at what you love. You will have a better understanding of what your weak points are going forward.

VIDEOS

Videos will also be entailed in your individualized program to get a better understanding of the specific details you need to get you back.

CONTINUITY

Our goal is to get you better and that means that we eventually see you less. We graduate you to a continuity program which is a 1-2x per month cadence of following through with your established program and making sure you are still hitting your goals.

ACCESS

Communication is key and you will have access to the physical therapist/movement coach via text/email to help you on your guide going forward.
